Custom layouts, large-scale court packages, and made-to-order designs may require additional production time. Estimated production and ship timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Once your order enters production, you will receive confirmation details including anticipated ship dates.

Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted national freight carriers and logistics providers to ensure safe, professional delivery.

  • Standard Freight (LTL): For most playground and court marking orders

  • Full Truckload (FTL): For large-scale or multi-court projects

  • Expedited Freight: Available upon request

Backorders & Production Delays

At Innovista Group, we proactively manage inventory and production scheduling to minimize disruptions. However, due to material availability, custom fabrication requirements, or peak seasonal demand, certain items may occasionally be placed on backorder.

If a product becomes backordered:

  • You will be notified within 2 business days of order processing

  • A revised estimated production and ship date will be provided

  • Partial shipments may be offered when appropriate to prevent project delays

  • You may request a product substitution or order modification if available

For custom thermoplastic designs and large court systems, extended production timelines may occur during peak installation seasons. Our team remains committed to clear, consistent communication throughout the process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order size and total weight

  • Delivery location

  • Freight class requirements

  • Liftgate or special handling needs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or provided via formal quotation for larger projects.

Site Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • A responsible party must be present to accept freight deliveries

  • The delivery site must accommodate freight truck access

  • Liftgate service must be requested in advance if no loading dock is available

Failure to meet delivery conditions may result in carrier-imposed redelivery fees.

Inspection & Freight Claims

Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect all materials before signing the Bill of Lading

  2. Note any visible damage directly on the carrier documentation

  3. Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery

Partial Shipments

For phased or large-scale projects, orders may ship in multiple deliveries to maintain production efficiency and project momentum. This ensures materials arrive as they are ready rather than delaying the entire shipment.
